My Client & The Situation
After years of success working in film as an actor, screenwriter, director, and producer, Shawnte was ready to launch his second career as a yoga teacher and plant medicine guide. He needed a new brand and digital identity and approached me to develop a fresh and new brand and website.
His business name, TOWARD the WITHIN, suggested the inward focus and growth at the center of his new offerings. Our brand identity creation started from a vision of the “inner space” within and developed the design around images of “outer space.” The color palette is neon bright against black to reflect the bright insights and inner experiences one might encounter in plant medicine practices.
The website features his yoga teaching schedule, an interactive events calendar, a dedicated page for his quarterly events and a newsletter sign-up to capture opt-ins for his new mailing list in this new role and career space.
I designed a QR code business card and a poster for his debut event around the 2025 Spring Equinox.
Our Results
We finalized and launched his shiny new brand and Squarespace website a few weeks before his Spring Equinox event giving him ample time for promotion and marketing in the community. The event was well attended and met with rave reviews.
Shawnte’s new professional brand identity and website lend credibility to his unique venture and solidify the foundation of his new career chapter.
